The Kapaa High School Foundation accepts applications for grants throughout the school year. In addition to funding purchases of athletic and classroom equipment, the Foundation also sponsor student activities and events. We also support senior class projects like Project Grad, and provide scholarships for college bound seniors.
However we do not fund travel expenses, like air fare and hotel expenses
PICTURES. If your request is granted we require applicants to provide the Foundation with photos of the students and their activities and events. Pictures that we can use on our newsletter and website. Group and actions shots if possible. Funds may be withheld if pictures are not submitted.
We invite administrators, teachers, coaches, counselors and advisors to come to the Foundation meetings to present your request. We also encourage coaches and advisors to communicate with Principal Thomas Cox or Athletic Director Greg Gonsalves to avoid duplication of requests.
