The Kapaa High School Foundation is now accepting applications from college bound students.. Up to 5 grants of $1,000 each will be awarded to Kapaa High School seniors who demonstrated a high level of civic responsibility by being engaged in school and community programs and events. Applications must be received by April 10, 2015.
