Due to the tremendous support from our alumni, parents, and our  island community, the Kapaa High School Foundation was able to provide close to $24,000 to various school organizations and events in 2014.    The total amount  given was determined by  the donations that were received during  the previous year 2013, and budgeted to provide for Athletics, Senior Class expenses, and Other School Activities.  The Foundation is also building up a fund that will provide for perpetual scholarships for Seniors.  The following is a breakdown of how the funds were distributed in 2014:

Health Occupation Students of America   $1,000

Warrior Athletic Club   $5,500

National Honor Society   $440

Key Club   $500

Project Grad    $2,500

Peer Mediation   $1,200

Rocket Launch Project   $500

Google Summit for Teachers $1,250

Senior Scholarships   $4,000

Outstanding Educator(Robin Keawe)  $1000

Girls Soccer   $650

Skills USA   $911

Girls Bowling   $300

Girls Volleyball   $650

Yearbook   $1,120

Transition Skills   $640
