Josh Cram, a 2012 senior, presented his Eagle Scout Service Project which involved the construction of a wall on the stage of the gymnasium to create a storeroom. After the 15 feet high wall was constructed, it was evident that the wall could also be used as a backdrop in lieu of a movie screen to make video presentations in the gym. Working with Athletic Director Greg Gonsalves, Josh Cram got a proposal to purchase two interactive video projectors for $3,400. The Foundation decided to give $2,400 to help purchase the projectors.
Again, this grant was made possible because of the grant from Volcom, a surf apparel company that sponsored Andy and Bruce Irons, champion surfers from Kapaa High.
