The Foundation supported the Project Grad Project with a grant of $2,500 to cover expenses including the hiring an all night disc jockey for the event. With graduation only a month away, the Project Grad committee is busy organizing and getting the word out to students and parents about the annual all-night graduation party for graduates. It is an alcohol and drug free event immediately after the graduation ceremony, featuring all night entertainment, crafts, food, and drinks at a yet to be announced venue. Parents of underclassmen volunteer to be chaperones. The purpose of this event is to give the seniors a last memorable night with their classmates before they each embark on their own chosen path. The goal is to have 100% participation but with the cost being so high, the committee has been busy fundraising and soliciting funds to make the event affordable for all students.
